Early College HS

Kathlyn Joy Gilliam Collegiate Academy equips scholars to meet the challenges of a rigorous curriculum to earn a high school diploma and an associate’s degree — a mission that embodies the true concept of an early college high school. Early college high schools blend high school and college in a rigorous yet supportive program, compressing the time it takes to complete a high school diploma and the first two years of college. Here, at Gilliam Collegiate Academy, we have the distinct honor of being a U.S. Department of Education Blue Ribbon School, while also receiving several awards for our aesthetically pleasing structure. We are considered one of Dallas ISD’s premier schools where we encourage first generation college students from low socioeconomic backgrounds to attend our campus to complete their high school education.
