Community Service

GILLIAM COLLEGIATE ACADEMY COMMUNITY SERVICE

 

• The student is responsible for keeping the actual record of the hours of service performed. 

• A parent/guardian may not represent as a service agency. 

• All community service hour documentation MUST be submitted by every quarter. 

• Community service hours submitted after deadlines will not be accepted. 

• 85% of hours must be completed outside of school.

Ex: students may ONLY complete 5 of 30 total hours of service AT  school.

Log must be  submitted  to Ms. Castaneda in the Perch  at the end of every quarter. 

New log must be used each quarter

Deadlines to submit log/hours:

• Quarter 1 - October 4

• Quarter 2 - December 20

• Quarter 3- March 8

• Quarter 4- May 23, 9th-11th Grade

    May 7 - 12th Grade
